Booking Guarantees & Security
To secure your reservation, we may require a valid credit/debit card or a pre-paid deposit. Your financial information is processed securely by our third-party payment provider in full compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Where card details are held for cancellation charges, no charge will be made at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged in the event of a breach of our cancellation or no-show policy.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
We understand that plans change. However, to manage our seating effectively, we enforce a 30 day notice period for all cancellations or significant amendments:
Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee being charged per person to the card on file.
No-Shows
If you fail to arrive for your reservation at any point without any prior notification, we reserve the right to mark the booking as a "No-Show." In this instance, a no-show fee will be automatically charged to your credit/debit card.
Adjustments to Party Size
We strive to be flexible, but "last-minute" reductions affect our ability to serve other guests.
Please notify us at least 30 days in advance if your party size decreases.
If you arrive with fewer guests than booked without prior notice, the venue reserves the right to charge the standard cancellation fee for each absent guest.
Refund Policy (Deposits)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking, all deposits are non-refundable.
For any queries regarding your deposit, please contact the venue management directly.
Chargebacks
Upon receiving notice of a chargeback dispute, we will manage and respond to this in accordance with dispute response deadlines.
