My Subscription
How will I be charged?
At any time during or after your trial, you can enter your payment details to set up a Direct Debit via our payment processor GoCardless to be charged monthly or yearly.
20% VAT is charged to customers in the UK.

What does Unlimited Covers mean?
No matter what plan you choose, there is no limit to the number of covers you can process each month.
We don't want to charge you more for being a successful business.
Limits on the number of bookings are solely intended to be reasonable upper bounds to keep our costs manageable.

Will I be charged once my trial finishes?
Payment details are not required up front to start your trial; only once the trial has finished, the Direct Debit you have set up will begin.
At any point during your trial, or after the trial has expired, you can enter your payment details to start your subscription.

Card Payments
Can I charge for late cancellations?
Yes! Your TableSense system allows you to configure cancellation charges. This feature will securely capture customer card details at the time of booking. A late cancellation payment would be automatically processed as per your configuration.
Can I charge for customer No Shows?
Yes. Once Cancellation Changes are configured, your TableSense system will securely capture customer card details at the time of booking. When the customer doesn't show and you mark their booking as no-show, you will have an opportunity to charge a preset fee per cover.
What fees do I get charged?
We do not charge a processing fee. We have chosen a third party provider called Stripe to store card details and process all payments. Please, refer to the Stripe Pricing Page for additional information.
