How to Activate and Deactivate the Email Feedback Feature
Q: How can I enable the Email Feedback feature for my venue? A: To activate the Email Feedback feature and encourage customer collaboration, follow these steps:
Go to the Venue's Communication section.
On the left menu, click on Venues.
If you're configuring a new Area, click the Add Venue button and provide the necessary details.
Select the Venue for which you want to activate the Email Feedback feature.
Scroll down to the Communication > Booking Preference section.
Click on the Configure button.
On the pop-up screen, enable the "Send Booking Feedback Request" option.
This will trigger a follow-up email to be sent to the customer 2 hours after their booking, requesting them to review their experience.
Q: How can I disable the Email Feedback feature? A: To turn off the Email Feedback feature, please follow these steps:
Go to the Venue's Communication section.
On the left menu, click on Venues.
Select the Venue for which you want to deactivate the feature.
Scroll down to the Communication > Booking Preference section.
Click on the Configure button.
On the pop-up screen, disable the "Send Booking Feedback Request" option.
This will prevent follow-up emails from being sent to customers for feedback.
