You can have multiple Areas in your Venue. In this article you can learn how to configure each area to fit your way of working.
Navigate to your Areas
- On the left menu click on Areas
- (Optional) If you are setting up a new Area to configure, click the Add Area button
- From the list of Areas click on the one you want to configure
- Scroll down to the Booking Configuration section, and click on the Configure button
- You will see a window that allows you to configure your Area details
Configure your Area
- Area name is the name of the area, that customers will choose from
- Booking durations let you enter a default duration, then additional durations for minimum party sizes;
- For example: 0-5 covers = 120 minutes, 6-9 covers = 150 minutes, 10 and above covers = 180 minutes
- Booking interval is the interval between booking slots i.e. I want a booking every 15min
- Table Turnaround interval is the time it takes to turn a table around after a booking, during which time bookings cannot be made i.e. 5min
- Accept Bookings Automatically If unchecked, bookings will need to be confirmed by a staff member before they are accepted
- To save your changes click "Update"
